The Daily Archive

Every day at midnight UTC, Murdoku Online picks one case from its casebook and makes it the daily: the same case for everyone, everywhere, for that whole day. This page lists every daily since the first one on 1 January 2026 — 287 days so far, 109 of them hard cases — so you can go back to a day you missed or replay one you liked.

The dailies come from the hand-built casebook rather than the generator, and that is deliberate. A generated puzzle depends on how fast the device that made it is, so two people could never be sure they had the same case. A case from the casebook is the same on every phone and every computer, which is what makes it possible to compare times, talk about it, or simply know that a friend solved the very board you are looking at.

The order is shuffled, and reshuffled each time the whole casebook has been used, so a second pass through it is not the first one repeated. Every case is checked to have exactly one solution, reachable by reasoning alone. If you are new to the game, the rules fit on a page, and the solving guide explains every deduction the cases need.
